I’m thrilled to partner with the incredible Abby of Yantra Studio in central Norwich to offer Move, Make, Gather - a mini retreat of movement, creativity, and connection.
Join us at Yantra Studio on Saturday 17th May for a slow, nourishing session that takes you through movement, creating, and a chance to gather and reflect over lunch.
We'll begin with 30 minutes of movement with Abby — time to arrive properly, settle into your body, and leave the week behind. I’ll then lead you into a drawing and painting workshop: no experience needed, no pressure, just the pleasure of putting mark to paper as a group. We close our time together around the table with a nourishing bowl from Vicky's Kitchen.
Three hours. Good company. Come as you are. I can’t wait!

The price includes 30 minutes of warm up yoga, a two hour creative pause communal painting session and a warming bowl from Vicky’s Kitchen
